Delay of 465 days is caused in filing this Civil Application, seeking restoration of the Review Application. The learned A.G.P. strenuously opposes the Application. Mr Desale, the learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 also supports the contention of the learned A.G.P. The learned Advocate for the Applicants graciously submits that the Applicants/Petitioners would donate Rs.10,000/- to the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, at Aurangabad.

Considering the above and for the reasons set out, this Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The Review Application would be registered only after all office objections are removed within 30 days from today. The request to ignore office objection No.2 with regard to Petitioner No.25, taking into account that he has already deposited the court-fees, is accepted, without laying any precedent.
