Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the compromise in between the parties was recorded in Second Appeal No.236 of 2011, which was disposed of in terms of compromise by order dated 13th March 2025. It is submitted that in view of this compromise the instant writ petition also needs to be disposed of, as the grievance of the Petitioners does not survive. Mr. Swanand Lathkar holding for Mr. S. P. Shah does not dispute the position.
