Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondents/State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 180/2024 dated 30.6.2024 registered with Nizampur Police Station, Taluka Sakri, District Dhule for the offences punishable under sections 307, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of I.P.C.

Considering the role of the applicant in the alleged crime that he used stick to assult the complainant and other accused have assaulted the complainant by means of iron rod and sickle and as the recovery is already made at the instance of other accused persons, this Court has granted interim protection to the applicant vide order dated 21.8.2024. 4.

Investigation in the matter is appearing to be near to an end. The applicant has cooperated with the investigation. 5.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted by this Court by order dated 21.8.2024 is confirmed on the following terms :

ABA 1421/24 i] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when required.

iii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
