ORDER:- 1.

It appears that there is an interim order in terms of prayer clause [A] which has been continued till today from time to time. The contesting respondent Nos.1 to 7 and 9 though served, but remained absent. Further, respondent Nos. 8, 10 and 11 though have died, but their legal representatives are not required to be brought on record. In view of the same, the application is now made absolute in terms of prayer clause [A] during the pendency of this appeal.

Appeal is admitted. Issue notice to the respondents on admission returnable on 13.10.2022. Call record and proceeding.
