The learned counsel for respondent pointed out that the petitioner has challenged the interim order of maintenance passed by the learned Family Court, Parbhani on 15th March, 2023. However, in the meanwhile, the original application is decided on merits by judgment dated 19th December, 2023 by the learned Family Court. He submitted that this petition has become infructuous. The same may be disposed of as infructuous. A copy of the judgment delivered on 19th December, 2023 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Parbhani in Petition - E No.115 of 2022, is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

Considering the fact that the main Petition - E No.115 of 2022 is disposed of, this criminal writ petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of.
