Order :- 1.

Permission for Religious programme has been denied by the police authorities on the ground of disturbance of public peace and tranquility. Subjective satisfaction of the authorities in respect of law and order situation prevailing in the area need not be replaced by decision of the High Court, since issue relates to law and order situation, which shall be normally left to the satisfaction of law enforcement authorities.

Considering the issue involved in the matter, no interference is warranted in exercise of extraordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is devoid of substance, as such, stands dismissed.
