The learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5, on instructions, makes a statement that within a period of two weeks from today, respondent Nos.4 and 5 would forward the proposal regarding payment of subsistence allowance to the petitioner. The said statement is accepted. On receipt of the said proposal, the Education Officer shall process it and decide the same within four weeks from the date of receipt of the said proposal. 3.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
