PER COURT :- 1.

In Writ Petition No.8912/2015, leave to add two petitioners. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

All the petitioners have individually given an undertaking that, in the event of handing over back the possession of the residential premises to them, they would remove their belongings, and shift to an alternate residence within a period of fifteen days from today.

Respondent no.3 herein, Madhavrao Manik Sonawane has already been handed over possession of the properties claimed by the petitioners on yesterday evening, and the keys of the - agp/-

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) WP NO.8912/2015gr premises, it is stated, have also been handed over to Madhavrao Manik Sonawane.

Madhavrao Manik Sonawane agrees to hand over the keys of the residential premises belonging to the petitioners, which are handed over to him by the Tehsildar, to the Tehsildar, by tomorrow, and on receipt of such of those keys, the Tehsildar may hand over those keys to the respective ex-possessors of the residential premises / petitioners herein. The petitioners shall remove their belongings and vacate the possession of the residential premises as expeditiously as possible preferably by 16th September, 2015. Each of the petitioner shall hand over the possession back to the Tehsildar by 16th September, 2015. 5.

In the event of failure of the petitioners to hand over the possession, it would be open for the Tehsildar and respondent no.3 Madhavrao Manikrao Sonawane to enforce the possession by applying coercive means; apart from the fact that the petitioners would be liable, in the event of breach of the undertaking, for an action for violating the undertaking given to the Court. Parties to act upon the authenticated copy of this order. With these directions, the writ petitions are disposed of. ( P.R. BORA, J. ) agp/-
