Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application. The matter pertains to the enhancement of compensation awarded in motor vehicular accident. The applicants are original complainants seeking enhancement of compensation. In view of nature of subject matter, one more opportunity is essential to be granted to the applicants. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B and C'. The delay caused for filing the present application for restoration of appeal at its original stage stands condoned. The first appeal be restored to its original stage. The order impugned in this application is hereby recalled. The Registry to take requisite steps for restoration of proceedings. After restoration of the appeal, same be listed for further process in due course. 2.
