Applicant is suffering from mental illness and he is diagnoised as a patient of Bipolar Mood Disorder. No dispute is made about the said fact by prosecution as certifcate has been issued by Civil Surgeon, General Hospital, Ahmednagar, indicating the same. Thus, it is a ft case for grant of anticipatory bail. 2.

In order to ensure that applicant is properly treated and does not repeat such incident, has father Bhausaheb Tagad was called before this Court. Father of the applicant by remaining present before the Court states that regular treatment is extended to the applicant. He further assures the Court that he will make sure
