Heard Shri U.K. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body and Shri L.C. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for the original claimants in all these matters.

The learned counsel for the acquiring body submitted that in making procedural compliances, the delay has occasioned and that is the main reason that the appeals could not be filed within the period of limitation.

The learned counsel for the claimants

917-CA-12730-2018 delay.odt (2) has not seriously opposed for condoning the delay. In view of the above, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applications are allowed.

ii) The delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered in accordance with law.

iii) Civil Applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

iv) On registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 14.01.2019. The learned counsel Shri L.C. Patil waives notice for respondentsclaimants and undertakes to file his power on behalf of the said respondents in the registry within a week. Service complete.

v) List the appeals for further consideration on 14.01.2019.
