This is an application seeking condonation of delay stated to be of 489 days in preferring Appeal against conviction of the applicant for the offence punishable under Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) and for the second part of the offence punishable under Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the delay is condoned. Registered the Appeal on its registration. The Appeal shall stand admitted. List the Appeal on 19.01.2021.
