CORAM : NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI AND VAISHALI PATIL-JADHAV, JJ.
DATED : 1st DECEMBER, 2025.
ORDER :
.
By these petitions filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, petitioners are seeking directions to set aside the circular dated 28.06.2018. Relief is also claimed that their transfer order dated 28.05.2018 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar is correct, legal and in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 27.02.2017. Relief is also sought that the respondents be directed to continue transfer order dated 28.05.2018. 2.
Admittedly, in September, 2025, some of the petitioners are transferred, therefore, the petitioners have fresh cause of action and the petitioners may file appropriate proceedings to challenge the 2025 transfer orders, if they are aggrieved by that. According to us, the present petitions are rendered infructuous on account of subsequent transfer of the petitioners. Writ Petitions are therefore disposed of as infructuous.
