The hearing of this Civil Application commenced yesterday. After spending a considerable time in the hearing on the aspect of justifiability of the proposed expenditure of Rs.47,00,000/- sought to be incurred as contribution of the Sansthan for inaugurating Shree Sai Baba Educational Complex, as a part of four functions at the cost of Rs.1,60,00,000/-, to be commonly held at the hands of the Hon'ble Chief Minister, an overnight pass over was granted to the learned Advocate for the Sansthan as well as the learned Government Pleader.

Two compilations (pages 14 and pages 5) comprising of colour photographs of the educational complex and the inauguration of a part of the educational complex, which was performed in simplicity in July 2024, are taken on record and marked as ' X-1' and ' X-2'

, collectively.

The learned Advocate for the Sansthan submits on instructions that due to non availability of the Hon'ble Chief Minister, the four functions which were arranged on 22.08.2024, have been cancelled. He is under instructions to withdraw this Civil Application, with liberty to file a Civil Application if if the Hon'ble Chief Minister decides to conduct these functions any time in future. 4.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.

We make it clear that, if such a Civil Application is filed, we would consider the justifiability of the huge expenditure sought to be incurred for the said function.
