Learned Counsel for the petitioners makes a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 21st December, 2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos. 8903 of 2014, 8741 of 2014 and 8902 of 2014.

In paragraph No. 6 of the order, the words appearing in first three sentences, i.e. "The said disputes were compromised between respondents No. 1 and 2 and it was ordered that amounts claimed under the disputes were agreed to be paid by respondent No. 2 to respondent No. 1." be substituted by words " Dispute being C.C. No. 305/2010 in W.P. No. 8903/2014 was compromised and exparte awards were passed in Dispute being C.C. No. 158/2010 in W.P. No. 8741/2014 and Dispute No. 163/2010 in W.P. No. 8902/2014".

The word 'lease' appearing in second line from the bottom of paragraph 6 be substituted by word 'lis'. 4.

The words "Order XVIII, Rule 28" appearing in last sentence of paragraph 8 of the order be substituted by the words "Order XXI, Rule 58".

The words "As rightly placed reliance upon the judgment" be substituted by words "Learned Counsel for the petitioner has rightly invited attention of this Court by placing reliance upon the judgment".

Office to carry out necessary corrections in the order and corrected writ be issued to the petitioner.

Motion for speaking to minutes stands disposed of accordingly.
