1. Petitioner assails order dated 10-07-2015 thereby removing the petitioner as member of Panchayat Samiti, Washi. 2.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the Panchayat Samiti i.e. Rural area was converted into Urban area and subsequently elections of Washi Nagar Panchayat are also held. Even the petitioner has not challenged notification constituting Nagar Panchayat.
