1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the learned Registrar [Judicial] of this Court has refused to register the appeal as the applicants have not removed the office objections. The learned counsel further submits that the learned Registrar has directed to deposit the deficit Court fees of Rs.6,800/-, but it could not be deposited within stipulated period, hence, registration is refused. The learned counsel further submits that the amount was demanded to the concerned authority but it was not received within stipulated time, hence, it could not be deposited within stipulated period. Now the amount has been received, hence, requested to allow the application.

14262.22CA 2] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants and the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed. The order passed by the learned Registrar [Judicial] dated 14.06.2022 is quashed and set aside. Delay caused in filing the present application is condoned. The applicants to remove office objections within two weeks.
