In each of the aforesaid matters, delay of 231 days has occurred in filing the appeals by the State against the judgment and award passed in respective land acquisition references. The learned AGP has submitted that in complying with the procedural aspects and in obtaining the sanction from the different authorities, time was consumed and that is the reason that the appeals could not be filed within stipulated period of limitation.

As such, the delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. Appeals be registered in accordance with law. All the civil applications stand disposed of.
