The application is filed by the petitioners seeking leave to amend. We have heard the learned counsel for the non applicants also. P.I.L. is not yet admitted and even the affidavit to the main petition has not been filed by majority of the non applicants. The non applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.

Considering the above, the civil application seeking amendment is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within fourteen days. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
