Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

This is second bail application of the applicant. The applicant's counsel did not satisfy the Court that there are changes in the circumstances after the rejection of his first bail application. This Court, by order dated 02.12.2021, has already directed to expedite the trial. Since there are no changes in the circumstances, the application stands dismissed.
