In Criminal Writ Petition no. 1264 of 2021, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to delete the prayer clause (B) and (C). Leave granted. Petitioners to delete the prayer clause (B) and (C) forthwith. By prayer clause (D), the petitioners are seeking directions, to make an enquiry into the illegalities committed by the Executive Director body of the Zilla Parishad Prathamik Shikshakanchi Patsanstha (Gramin), Aurangabad and for action against all the responsible directors and members. So far as this petition is concerned, after deletion of prayer clause (B) and (C), petition is about the different prayer and thus, cannot be tagged with Criminal Writ
