This Civil application is fled for quashing and setting aside the order dated 27.09.2011.

Learned Counsel for the applicant was directed to supply private paperbook within twelve (12) weeks, by order dated 27.09.2011. However, since paperbook was not fled within requisite time, therefore, the Second Appeal stood dismissed. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that, his paperbook is ready and can be fled within course of day. 4.

Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B', 'C' and 'D'.
