Heard. The petitioners are in receipt of notice received from the Collector of Stamps, Parbhani dated 31.10.2014. The petitioners also have received notices on earlier occasions and have tendered reply to those notices. Instead of taking decision in respect of the notices, on consideration of explanation of the petitioners, the Collector of Stamps is time and again proceeding to issue similar notices.

In the circumstances, the ends of justice would be met by directing respondent No.2 to take decision in pursuance of notices issued to the petitioners and on consideration of reply tendered by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months from today and it is directed accordingly.
