It is pointed out that in spite of sufficient efforts, notice could not be served to respondent no.3. Learned Advocate for the applicants seeks permission for substituted service of notice against respondent no.3 by paper publication. The permission needs to be granted.

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Notice returnable on 10th February 2022. (ii) The applicants to produce copy of newspaper along with affidavit in order to s how that notice has been published against respondent no.3 in the newspaper and the same is served.
