Learned counsel for applicant - petitioner draws attention to page 12 - order dated 04-02-2020 in writ petition no. 326 of 2019. He submits that the sitution in present matter is similar and almost the same. He further submits that degree certificate is required for further prosecution of studies as stated in the application and that he would not take benefit of reservation claiming the tribe concerned in writ petition. 2.

In the circumstances, respondents may issue degree certificate to applicant - petitioner. Petitioner shall not take benefit of reservation of being scheduled tribe until further orders of this court.

We expect that needful would be done by respondents in right earnest and degree certificate would be issued immediately. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 to take note of aforesaid order and the exigency involved and inform accordingly. 5.
