Petitioner states that his father as well as real uncle are possessed of the validation certificate issued by the Scrutiny Committee and his claim has been denied. Petitioner has already appeared for 10th Semester of B.V. Sc. & A.H. Degree course. However, as a result of his failure to submit validation certificate, the university has not declared his result and has also not issued degree certificate, transcript and other necessary documents. 2.

Considering the facts of the case, we direct the university to declare result of petitioner for 10th Semester examination as well as issue provisional degree certificate as well as transcript and other relevant documents forthwith.
