In spite of service, none appears for respondent. 3.

This civil application is for condonation of delay of 1625 days caused in filing appeal by the acquiring body. The reason stated in the application is that the applicant happens to be a statutory body which requires permission from the higher authorities for filing the appeal. For the purpose of taking decision the authority has to deliberate on the decision and in that process some time is consumed and the appeal

This Court finds that, since in spite of service, none appears for respondent and for the reasons stated in the application, delay deserves to be condoned and the same is condoned.
