The learned counsel for the respective applicants /claimants, in all these applications, submits that the State -Acquiring Body despite order of this Court has not deposited any amount of compensation even though the time was extended for the same. Thus, it appears that the State -Acquiring Body has miserably failed to comply the order of

deposit. There is no point in giving fresh directions for deposit the amounts of compensation.

In view of the above, all these applications stand disposed of accordingly.

It is made clear that there is no stay to the impugned awards, and therefore, the claimants can proceed with the execution proceedings before the appropriate Court.
