Upon hearing, learned counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of Criminal Application No. 4705 of 2015 filed for suspension of the substantive sentence and release of the applicant on bail. He however submits that private paperbook would be filed shortly and since the appellant is behind bars, the Appeal be taken for final hearing.

Private paperbook be filed on or before 08/12/2015. Thereupon, final hearing of the Appeal itself would be taken.
