Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspection of the petitioner institution has been carried out and the petitioner has been given 'A' grade. The petitioner as such is entitled for 100% grant as per the norms laid down. Respondent be directed to release the same.

Considering the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that it has been given 'A'

wp9028.16 grade, the respondent shall consider the case of the petitioner for grantin-aid on its own merits for the year 2014-15, 2015-16 in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six months.
