This writ petition is for seeking direction against the respondent No. 2/Assistant Charity Commissioner, Hingoli for deciding change report filed on 12.02.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states across the bar that change report has not been objected by any trustee or the person interested in the trust. However, to protect the interest of parties, the petition is allowed by directing the respondent No. 2/Assistant Charity Commissioner, Hingoli to proceed expeditiously with the change report of the petitioner filed on 12.02.2024, if the objection by any other of the trustee or
