PER COURT :- By way of this application, the applicant is requesting for issuance of directions to respondent No.4 to release the original 10th standard statement of marks, 10th standard passing certificate, 12th standard statement of marks, 12th standard passing certificate and original school leaving certificate. The applicant has already tendered an undertaking to this Court that she would not claim benefits available to SC community while pursuing education or employment. The undertaking has been accepted. As such Civil Application is disposed of with direction to respondent No.4 to hand over the documents referred to above to the applicant forth with.
