7] Accordingly, the application is allowed. Delay condoned. Appeal be registered.

8] List the appeal for admission on 27.8.2019 alongwith connected Second Appeal Nos.472/2019 and 475/2019 arising out of the same judgment and decree. 9] The order passed by the appellate Court below Exhibit 16 dated 10.4.2019 to remain in operation till 27.8.2019.
