PER COURT :- This is an application, seeking directions to the respondent No.4 to declare result of the applicant, who had appeared for M.B.B.S.2nd year examination, in winter 2014 and allow her to continue her further studies.

Considering the facts of the case, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The applicant has been permitted, by virtue of the interim order passed by this Court on 2.7.2013 to continue further studies and respondents are restrained from taking any adverse action against the applicant, on account of her failure to submit validation certificate. The respondent No.4 is directed to declare the result of the applicant of 2nd year M.B.B.S. Examination held in winter 2014 and shall allow the applicant to continue her further studies. Civil Application is disposed of.
