The petitioner's proposal for validation of his 'Koli Malhar (30)' tribe certificate has been pending decision with the respondent - Scrutiny Committee since 2017.

It is being pointed out that petitioner's real sister Shital was directed to be issued with a certificate of validity by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.8435/2020.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the Committee to decide the proposal, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 1/2
