The applicant is seeking permission to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.3 Mainabai---, who admittedly died somewhere in the year 2018 as per the certificate issued by Village Development Officer. There is also delay of 1509 days. Though the application is opposed, but considering the right to sue the application stands allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause- B & C subject to cost of Rs.2000/- to be paid to Advocate's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad, within two weeks. 3.

Amendment be carried out within stipulated period and after deposit of cost.
