Though the petitioner has made additional prayer for issuance of degree certificate, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would only pray for direction to the scrutiny committee for early decision of the tribe claim. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks from his appearance before the Committee. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 23.08.2024.
