DATE : NOVEMBER 06, 2023 ORDER :- This Court, while refusing to grant bail to the accused, had directed the trial Court to conduct the trial day-to-day and that the prosecution shall co-operate the Court. Later on, this Court, on 04.09.2023, passed the following order :- Learned A.P.P. informs that, out of 26 Muddemal articles, 22 are before the trial Court. The learned Single Judge of this Court, while deciding the bail application, directed the trial Court to conduct the trial day-to-day. The trial Court, therefore, shall proceed with the trial, however, shall not examine any witness in connection with the 4 Muddemal articles which are not before it, till next date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Chemical Analyst informed that four Muddemal Articles sent to C.F.S.L., are not being found and therefore, analysis thereof could not be made. Be that as it may. We dispose of this Writ Petition with liberty to the concerned to raise their respective grievance before the trial court, which shall take call thereon in the right earnest.
