The application is filed by the applicant Nirmalabai in CRA No. 141 of 2021 for return of Will filed alongwith the document list Exh.96 which is part of record and proceeding of original suit i.e. R.C.S. No. 228 of 2008. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in need of the said document for filing it in the Probate proceeding going on before the Civil Court, Parbhani. In view of the same, the said Will filed alongwith document list Exh. 96 be returned to the applicant by replacing it with it's xerox copy. A written
