Present petition has been filed to direct respondent authorities to pay the arrears of 3rd, 4th and 5th installment of 7th Pay Commission to the petitioner and also to direct respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to consider and take steps pursuant to applications dated 9th August 2024 and 13th May 2025, in respect of disbursement of arrears of 3rd, 4th and 5th installment of 7th Pay Commission.

Unless the applications/representations are decided, it cannot culminate into directions for payment of arrears. 3.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. There is no necessity to issue notice to respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

The representation dated 13th May 2025, is pending before respondent No.2. We, therefore, dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 13th May 2025, filed by the petitioner, within a period of EIGHT WEEKS from today.
