Though this Application is filed for modification of order dated 25th July, 2025, it is in fact an application for 'speaking to the minutes'.

By the said order, Family Court Appeal No. 66 of 2023 is disposed of, wherein the Appellant had challenged judgment and decree dated 31st May, 2023 passed by the Family Court, Aurangabad in Petition no. C-26/2012, thereby awarding additional maintenance of Rs.7,500/- per month to Respondent No2.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant points out that in the

{2} ca9125-25.doc second line of the order, word "interim" is inadvertently mentioned. He further submits that, number of Family Court Petition is wrongly mentioned as "A-554/2016", which should be "C-26/2012". He further submits that since only Family Court Appeal No. 66 of 2023 is disposed of, numbers of other Appeals are required to be deleted from the cause title of the order. 4.

Since, these appear to be inadvertent typographical errors, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B", "C" and "D".

The word "Interim" appearing in second line of order dated 25th July, 2025 be deleted and number "A-554/2016" be substituted by "C-26 of 2012". Numbers of other Appeals, except Family Court Appeal No. 66 of 2023, be deleted from the cause title of the order. Corrected copy be uploaded. [ SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE ] [ NITIN B.
