Present petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to release the balance amount of Rs. 3,19,933/- towards remuneration for the period from 01.01.2020 to 07.09.2023, entitled to the petitioner as per the Government Resolutions dated 17.12.2016 so also prays to decide the representation dated 16.12.2024 and reminder dated 28.02.2025 submitted to respondent No. 3. 2.

Learned AGP, Mr. Sonpawale, waives notice for all respondents and upon instructions, submits that the said representation dated 16.12.2024 would be decided within a period of six weeks from today.
