Mr. Doke, the learned counsel submits that subsequently the regular civil appeal itself is decided. 2.

In view of that nothing survives in the present writ petition. Writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. No costs. The said appeal is decided against the petitioner and in favour of the respondent.

It is submitted stated that second appeal is filed by the petitioner in which notice is issued.
