Vide the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to appoint him as Para-Teacher / Assistant Teacher in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Government Resolutions dated 23.6.2008, 31.3.2009 and 1.3.2014.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned AGP for the respondent No.1 State and learned Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.

It would be appropriate for the petitioner to make representation/application to the respondents for considering them for appointment

9170.15wp as Para-Teacher / Assistant Teacher so that the respondents would be in a position to take decision on the same.

In the light of above, we pass the following order:

I) The petitioner shall make application / representation to the respondents seeking appointment as Para-Teacher / Assistant Teacher.

The said representation / application shall be considered expeditiously by the respondents on its own merits in accordance with law and existing policy and preferably within three months from the receipt of such application / representation. II) Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

No order as to costs.
