The Civil Application No.9954 of 2023 is filed to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.4 on record along with a prayer for condonation of delay of 81 days.

The learned Advocate for the appellant/applicant submits that he was informed in the Court by the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of other side that the respondent No.4 has expired, and accordingly, he filed an application to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.4.

In view of the above, for the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned. Legal heirs of deceased respondent No.4 be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
