A decision dated 26-04-2016 taken by respondent No. 2 Selection Committee of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Center (BARTI) Pune is subject-matter of challenge of this writ petition. Under the advertisement prescribed duration of training is of three months. Dates have not been specified by BARTI for imparting training. Apart from this, subject-matter does not relate to the employment. Said advertisement envisages imparting training to eligible students so as to enhance their skills for competing for recruitment to several post in Nationalized Banks. According to us, in exercise of extraordinary writ jurisdiction no interference is called for in respect of belated challenge to the decision dated 26-04-2016 rendered by BARTI.
