After hearing for sometime, when this Court expressed disinclination to grant any relief to the Applicants, learned Counsel Mr. Kute on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw Civil Revision Application with liberty to raise all the grounds in the trial Court. 2.

Civil Revision Application is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

It is clarified that both the parties would be at liberty to agitate all the submissions on merits in the trial Court and the trial Court shall decide the suit on merits without being influenced by any interim observations or findings.
