In the present petition, the petitioners have impugned the judgment delivered by the District Consumer Forum, Ahmednagar. 2.

In my opinion, the petition against such order is not tenable before this Court, as there is an appropriate remedy of appeal available under the statute. I am fortified in my view, in the light of the law laid down by the Division Bench of this Court at principal seat, in the matter of Mandatai Sambhaji Pawar & anr. vs. State of Maharashtra & ors., reported in 2012 (3) Bom. C.R. 843.
