The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal is given seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as peon on compassionate ground. The same is pending.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on the post of peon on compassionate ground is pending with the respondent No. 2 (page No. 27), then the same shall be decided by the respondent No. 2, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably
