ORDER:- 1.

Heard. The application is for extension of time of withdrawal in respect of 25% of amount of compensation as directed by this Court under order dated 12th April 2019, since the applicant could not arrange for solvent security within the stipulated period of twelve weeks. Now the applicant is having solvent security to that effect. The learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body, though opposed strongly, but submitted that appropriate order may be passed.

In view of the same, the time for furnishing solvent security/surety for withdrawal of 25% amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest thereon till date, is extended for the further period of three weeks. 3.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
